1Spam prevention
Google reCAPTCHA is used to protect forms and sign-in. Browser and device information may be sent to Google during verification. UDOY uses the verification result to prevent automated and unauthorised submissions.
2Information we collect
Depending on the application, we may collect names, contact details, addresses, photos, education details and required identity documents. Payment records include amounts, status, application or member identifiers and transaction references.
3How information is used
Relevant information is used to review applications, manage approvals and membership, organise examinations, issue receipts and documents, respond to enquiries and detect unauthorised use.
4Public directories and verification
Consent is requested before a donor’s name, blood group, area and phone are listed. Published committee profiles may show names, positions, photos and public biographies. Document verification shows relevant identity and validity information, rather than all private details.
5Service providers and access
Administrators access information according to their roles and permissions. Online payments use bKash and are also subject to its own policies. UDOY forms do not request a bKash PIN or OTP.
6Corrections and removal requests
Use our contact page to request corrections, removal from public listings or deletion of information. Identity and relevant records may need to be verified. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute resolution or other record-keeping needs.
7Student information
Applications for children should be completed with a parent or guardian’s supervision. Provide accurate student details and a usable guardian contact number. Contact UDOY with questions about privacy.
